Responsibilities

  • Customer projects: Co-creation, implementation and delivery of exciting, customized AI projects as well as taking on independent development tasks.
  • Product development: Active advancement of our own software.
  • AI Testing & Tools: Support in the development of internal AI tools for systematically testing AI agents.
  • Data Engineering: Assistance with preparation, cleaning and analysis of data for training and fine-tuning our AI models.
  • Quality Assurance: Performing software tests and thorough documentation of results to ensure our high quality standards.
  • Communication: Gathering customer specifications and goal-oriented presentation of results in German and English.

Requirements

  • Several years of solid experience in software development (Fullstack) in Python as well as experience with Rust.
  • Practical experience working with LLMs and context engineering (e.g., RAG, Prompt Design).
  • Knowledge of common AI frameworks, ideally Langchain, n8n, and CrewAI.
  • Confident handling of Linux environments.
  • Experience with DevOps such as Docker, Podman, Gitlab, or CI/CD.
  • High level of self-motivation and pioneering spirit; independent way of working.
  • First projects with Claude Code and OpenClaw are desirable.
